T
Core Document

Revocable Living Trust

Keeps your home, investments, and personal property out of probate. Lets your successor trustee manage your affairs without a court if you're incapacitated, and distribute to heirs on your terms.

W
Safety Net

Pour-Over Will

Catches any asset that wasn't formally titled into your trust and "pours it over" — so nothing falls outside your plan, even if you forgot to retitle something.

H
Medical Authority

Healthcare Power of Attorney

Names the person you trust to make medical decisions if you can't speak for yourself. Includes a HIPAA release and a clear statement of your end-of-life preferences.

F
Financial Authority

Financial Power of Attorney

Authorizes your agent to pay bills, manage accounts, and handle property matters if you become unable to. Durable so it survives incapacity — which is when you'll actually need it.

Four stages. One clean package.

You answer questions in plain English. AI drafts every document. A licensed attorney reviews and signs off. You sign with family — and it's done.

01

Plain-English Interview

Our AI wizard walks you through your family, assets, and wishes. No legalese — just real questions about real life. Typically 30 minutes.

02

AI Drafts Everything

All four documents are generated, tailored to your state of residence, and cross-checked for consistency. You read them over in plain-language form.

03

Attorney Review

A licensed estate attorney personally reviews your package, asks follow-up questions if needed, and marks anything that requires your attention.

04

Sign & Fund

We coordinate notary, witnesses, and trust funding (retitling key assets into the trust). Your whole family can be part of this step — many clients invite their kids.

Same documents. One-fifth the cost.

Traditional estate attorneys charge for hours of drafting that AI now does in minutes. We kept what matters — licensed legal review — and removed what doesn't.

The questions everyone asks first.

Living trusts come with a lot of legal vocabulary. Here are the distinctions that matter most — explained without the legalese.

Will vs. Trust

What's the difference between a will and a trust?

A will only takes effect after you die and goes through probate court — public, slow, and costly. A revocable living trust takes effect the moment you sign it, stays private, avoids probate, and keeps working if you become incapacitated.

Living vs. Testamentary

Living trust vs. testamentary trust

A living trust is created and funded during your lifetime. A testamentary trust is created by your will and only comes into existence after death — meaning it still has to go through probate first. Living trusts skip the courthouse entirely.

Probate Avoidance

Why does avoiding probate matter?

Probate can take 6–18 months, cost 3–7% of the estate, and is a matter of public record. A properly funded living trust passes assets directly to your heirs — privately, quickly, and without court fees eating into what you leave behind.

Asset Protection

Will a trust protect me from creditors?

A revocable living trust primarily protects against probate and incapacity, not creditors during your lifetime. For asset-protection planning (lawsuits, long-term care, business risk) we identify when an irrevocable structure or umbrella strategy is warranted.

Minor Children

Who raises my children if something happens?

Your trust and pour-over will name a guardian for any minor children and a separate trustee to manage the money for them — so the person raising your kids isn't necessarily the same person managing the inheritance until they're ready.

Special Needs

Special-needs planning

Leaving assets directly to a family member who receives SSI or Medicaid can disqualify them from benefits. A special-needs sub-trust lets you provide for them without disrupting the support they already rely on. We flag this during the interview.
